World Models

Study note on Atlas, World Labs' (Fei-Fei Li) "omni world model" for spatial intelligence, announced Sept 2026. One model that generates, reconstructs, and simulates 3D worlds from a few photos, output as video, point clouds, depth, and 3D Gaussian splats. Architecture: a multimodal autoregressive diffusion transformer with camera pose as a native input. Product release, no paper; note also primers the underlying tech (world models, autoregressive + diffusion generation, feed-forward 3D, 3DGS).
